Terms & Conditions

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. Users are responsible for all activities through their account. Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.

All payments are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via approved payment gateways. Value Added Tax (15%) applies to all transactions. Payments are non-refundable after service completion unless the provider breaches terms.

When a quotation is accepted, the amount is held in escrow. It is only released to the provider after the innovator confirms product/service delivery. In case of dispute, the platform resolves the matter based on evidence from both parties.

Providers must deliver professional quality services within agreed timeframes. Providing misleading information or requesting off-platform payments is prohibited. Reviews must reflect actual service quality.

Requests must be clear and specific. Posting requests that violate law or public decency is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to remove inappropriate requests without prior notice.

Each party retains intellectual property of their content. Files uploaded to the platform remain the property of their owners. The platform is not responsible for IP violations by users.

Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities is prohibited. This includes review manipulation, harassment, and posting offensive content. Violators will have their accounts immediately banned.

The platform operates as an intermediary between innovators and providers. We are not responsible for service quality or timely delivery. Our responsibility is limited to providing infrastructure and escrow mechanisms.

Users can close their accounts at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate terms. Upon termination, active transactions are resolved per the escrow policy.

In case of dispute, first attempt resolution via platform chat. If unresolved, platform management intervenes as mediator. If the dispute persists, it is referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
